It's likely you've seen news articles about the recent proposed settlement involving NAR (National Association of Realtors). Most fall into the category of "real estate buyers and sellers are going to save tons of money." Well, yes -- and not necessarily. As a long time REALTOR® in Washington state, I've been dealing with the proposed changes for some time.
