Curious Career Of Terry Manrique
Working With Parents
Parenting is never easy, but sometimes our children’s poor behavior can make it extremely stressful and difficult. Luckily, Working with Parents
is here to help! Working with Parents’
mission is to support, motivate, and guide parents to develop the necessary skills to manage their children’s behaviors from toddlerhood to adolescent years. Our goal is to get you, the parent, back in control.
In-home sessions with our expert parent coach, Terry Manrique is the best way to get results and see improvement in your child’s behavior. During a session, Terry can observe your child’s behavior right there in your home, where your child is most comfortable and most likely to act normally and then immediately start to give you feedback and instruction on how to turn your child’s inappropriate behaviors around. As an expert parent coach, Terry’s aim is to formulate a long-term plan to aid in your success as a parent.
If you’re not quite ready for a visit from a parent coach, that’s okay; we can still help! In addition to in-home coaching sessions, Working with Parents
also offers phone sessions with Small Group Parent Coaching Calls. You don’t have to continue feeling like this! Help is on the way!
Join me, Terry Manrique, Expert Parent Coach, for a weekly small group discussion to help you have more peace in your home, stop the meltdowns and learn what I've taught 100s of other parents who now enjoy a tranquil home with their kids.
Our monthly special provides you with 4 weekly sessions for $39.99, that’s ONLY $10 a week!

6 Design Tips to Make Space in a Small Kitchen
With all of the different kitchen gadgets out there, it can be really easy to fill up even the largest of kitchens. A smaller kitchen requires that every bit of space be well organized so items don't end up stacked on the counters—especially when counter space is limited. With a little creativity and patience a small kitchen can accommodate all your stuff with room to spare. Here are some ideas to create more space in any kitchen.
Cabinets that Reach the Ceiling

National Home Sales Reach Yearly High
With 5.17 million units sold, September set the highest sales pace so far this year, though sales were still 1.7 percent below September 2013. The Midwest was the only region to experience a decline in sales; existing-home sales dropped 5.6 percent in September, 4.9 percent below last year’s sales. The Northeast and the South saw sales increase month-over-month by 1.5 percent and five percent, respectively. When compared with September 2013, sales... Read More

My wife and I purchase a condominium in Lisle Illinois 10 years ago as an investment property from Wenzel Select Properties. While we went through a difficult investment time in real estate, Lisa was extremely helpful. We were able to have the condo managed by Lisa over the 10 years. We simply could not have done this without her. Lisa helped us when we suffered unfortunate water damage not only with our condo but other condos. We had our condo re- carpeted, repainted, and a front door replaced - Lisa was there to help.
When we listed our property to sell in April, Lisa made sure that our condo got maximum exposure through Zillow.com. Lisa negotiated the sale and was with us through closing to make sure everything was complete.
Many thanks to Lisa and Wenzel Select Properties for all their help.
