The Clearwater-Sand Key Beaches continue to be in high demand. The Condo market is extremely hot at the moment with prices rising steadily and inventories low the market is in the sellers favor. The average sale price of a single family home was down 9.4% from June and 38% from one year ago. However, prices are still well above the 5 year average.
