Home Prices Rise as Inventory Shortages Continue
For the fourth time, the median existing-home sales price climbed above $400,000, according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR); in July, it reached $406,700, a 1.9% year-over-year increase. Across the country, prices rose in the Northeast, Midwest, and South but remained stable in the West.
