Summary:  Prices and other key metrics at 5-year averages.  Homes are staying on the market longer.  Multiple offers on beach condos and homes that are fully updated.  New construction along the beaches creating areas of opportunity.  Are we back to normal?  We are most likely going to be seeing a high and medium range now for the next several months and even years.  Most likely testing highs and then slowly coming back down.  Out on the street, activity has really picked up since the new year began.  I am even seeing multiple offers on updated properties that are move in ready.  Buyers are still being patient however as homes are staying on the market longer each month.  ...
