Market Statistics Around the Puget Sound Region

The market has been very dynamic for years -- either a strong seller's market (very little inventory and many buyers) or a strong buyer's market (very few buyers looking and lots of properties on the market). A traditional market means that inventory and the number of buyers looking are in balance (and we haven't seen that in quite some time). I've put together some graphs to show what's happening in areas around the Puget Sound region.
